  • Free Speech Analysis Turned Upside Down
Forcing Americans to Show Government Regulation of Speech Is Irrational - Post by Stu Nolan, 4/3/2011

“George Will has rightly observed -- and consistently sounded the alarm regarding -- that trend by which politicians have been attempting to outlaw criticism against them. The problem continues to grow worse. He writes about the latest (http://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/in-st-louis-a-protest-sign-meets-government-arrogance/2011/04/01/AFvR4wJC_story.html) here. What Pro-Lifers Don't See - Post by Bob Laird, 4/2/2011

“The more Planned Parenthood goes public, the more it unveils what lies behind its façade of warm community health centers"- a systematic program of deceit and deception. The latest fumbling of the leading abortion-provider in the world falls into two categories: its intrinsic link to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation (SGK), and its pretext to perform mammograms as a means of breast-cancer prevention. ... ”

  • A Sad Anniversary
Post by Patricia Pitkus Bainbridge, 3/30/2011

“Tomorrow will mark the sixth anniversary of Terri Schindler Schiavo's tragic death from court-ordered dehydration. It was the first time in our country's history that a judge ordered a feeding tube be removed from a disabled person. In previous high profile cases (e.g. Nancy Cruzan and Christine Busalacchi) the courts ruled that feeding tubes could be removed, but not that they must be. ... ”

“How often do you hear of a priest speaking out at the criticism that the clergy has taken with regard to the child abuse cases? Well, (http://blog.archny.org/?p=1127) Archbishop Dolan of New York reports on his blog about an incident that he recently had in the Denver Airport. ... ”
